at a time, Namale's friendly staff is
discretely attentive. Each Bure is a
private cottage nestled in a tropical
garden by the sea, and includes a
private bath and complementary
mini-bar. Rosewood floors, high
beamed ceilings, lovely furnishings,
and your own lanai provide an elegant
setting. Native drums call you to the
main plantation house where gourmet
meals are impeccably prepared and
served on the verandah (alcoholic
beverages are included).

Free activities include
boat
fishing, water skiing,
horses,
tours, tennis, and Jacuzzi. Evening
serenades by the plantation band
frequently accompany the moonlight.

budget” resort
on the
shore of beautiful Savusavu Bay.
Each of the 8 bures
and 3 family villas are set in
beautiful tropical fruit and flower
gardens
on an old coconut
plantation
with spectacular views of the ocean
and lush tropical mountains.
Daku follows a gentle, relaxed way of
life and you’ll soon feel like
family.
Each bure features it's own deck,
private shower and toilet, and all
are equipped with ceiling fans, mini
bar, tea and coffee making
facilities. The
three family villas
offer kitchen facilities.
There is
a good restaurant at the resort, and
there are several others in Savusavu
(a
20 minute walk away or 2 minutes by
taxi),
including Chinese, pizza, seafood and
steak. Week-long
holiday study courses are offered in
writing, art, singing, quilting and
bird watching – each taught by an
experienced tutor from Australia.

Hot Springs Hotel is Savusavu's
premier bed & breakfast hotel- all 48
rooms have a superb view of Savusavu
bay, the marina and the surrounding
mountains. Rooms have queen beds with
additional singles on request,
tea/coffee
making facilities & refrigerators.
Connecting rooms are available -
great for families. Daily tropical
buffet breakfast (fresh fruit, juice,
cereals, tea & coffee, toast, muffins
& jam) is included in the rates.
The Hotel restaurant is closed for
lunches, but there is a variety of
inexpensive restaurants in town, only
a two minute walk away. In the
evening a BBQ on the deck is offered,
featuring a selection of freshly
grilled finger foods including
seafood kebabs, fresh local
vegetables and anything else in
season. Enjoy a bottle of wine or
draught beer brewed on site. Enjoy
